Policy Overview

At MemoryPlus, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

You Can Cancel:

  • Before shipment: Orders can be cancelled anytime before the product is shipped.
  • Within 24 hours: Orders placed within the last 24 hours can be cancelled without any questions.
  • 100% refund will be initiated for cancelled orders.

You Cannot Cancel:

  • After shipment: Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can request a return instead.
  • During delivery: Orders out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel:

  1. 1.Go to My Orders section
  2. 2.Select the order you want to cancel
  3. 3.Click "Cancel Order"
  4. 4.Provide a reason and confirm

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product does not match the description
Note: Returns are not accepted for opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged. Health supplements cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline:

  • Online Payment (UPI/Card/Net Banking):

    Refund processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days. Bank details will be requested.

Refund Amount:

  • For cancellations before shipment: 100% refund including shipping charges
  • For damaged/defective products: 100% refund including return shipping
  • For customer-initiated returns: Product amount only (shipping charges non-refundable)

Tracking Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. You can track your refund status:

  2. 2.Go to My Orders
  3. 3.Check refund status under the returned order

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Product shows obvious signs of use
  • Product is returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing

Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements for:

  • Damaged or defective products (with photo proof)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with broken seals or opened packaging
  • Used or consumed products
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Free samples or promotional items
